Nicholas D. Fisher
Nicholas has practiced in Washington since 2009. He graduated with honors from Gonzaga University School of Law, has an LL.M. in International Taxation from the University of Florida, and received his M.B.A. at Valparaiso University.
He started his professional career in insurance and risk management and has worked for some of the largest financial institutions in the world. Nicholas applies his experience in finance, banking, insurance, and taxation to real estate purchases and workouts. He also has an extensive background in creditor’s / debtor’s rights, which has helped him negotiate significant settlements for his clients. Being results oriented, finding solutions for his clients is what gets his blood pumping in the morning.
Despite his time in corporate America, he holds a dear place in his heart for main street business and its ability to enrich not only the owners but the communities small business occupies.
Nicholas grew up in a small town in Nebraska. His big city ambitions took him from the plains of Nebraska to the bustling streets of Osaka, Japan and then Chicago, IL.
Presently, he lives in Everett, WA with his wife and children. Nicholas is a dedicated family man who enjoys baseball, camping, Silvertips hockey and fishing!

Kimberly joined the Law Offices of Nicholas Fisher in May on 2015. She brings with her an extensive background in Office Management and Administration with high levels of confidentiality. Her ability to effectively communicate, coordinate and prioritize will make your experience with the Law Offices of Nicholas Fisher smooth and effortless.
Before joining Nic, Kimberly worked in a real estate office that specialize in short sales. She was responsible for the document collection among many other duties. Her diligence and attention to detail were an asset to their clients during the short sale process. She also brings wide variety of experience in banking, office management, and client care coordination.
Kimberly lives in Stanwood with her husband and 2 dogs. She enjoys the wildlife around their home, learning to sew, sight-seeing around Washington and spending time with their 3 grown daughters and new granddaughter.
